Got your hopes up, didn't I? Since Batman: Arkham City has just came out, and since I'm only twelve, I have to save up for it. I'll get it ASAP, but for now, I'll review a classic.
Batman: Arkham Asylum is the first video game starring a superhero since Spider-man to actually be worth money. And Batty kicks Spidey's butt six ways from Sunday. When I heard about Arkham City, I immediately went to GameStop and picked up Asylum. I played the first level, and was instantly hooked. the graphics and plot cannot be matched, and Batman is no longer a Saturday mornings kid show. Robin isn't mentioned (thank the good Lord in Heaven) and the Joker is a LITTLE less freaky. Though the controls for a character with such flexibility are odd, a brief level or two with Assassin's Creed should fix that.
